The choices we make today make our lives tomorrow. Yet, formal education has little to tell us on how to make smarter choices, leaving us to discover as adults that the math doesn’t add up. I accept the fact that we don’t teach critical thinking and decision-making to young people only as a strange relic of our education system. Decision-making is teachable and practice makes perfect. Anyone can learn to make better choices. That’s what I believe. That’s what I have acted on.
